This training plan aims to strengthen a culture of continuous improvement and process efficiency by eliminating waste and creating value for the customer. A culture of sustainability and social responsibility – highly valued by both customers and top management—is another key focus of this training plan, which therefore includes awareness-raising actions to promote responsible behavior.
The SWOT analysis identified a set of intervention areas relevant to Grestel’s competitiveness: Behaviors, Productivity, Process and Resource Efficiency, and Organizational Climate. This Training Plan was designed with the objective of adapting, creating, and updating employees’ skills in key competency areas: Organizational Change (Change Pivots), Digitalization, Continuous Improvement, and Sustainability, in order to respond to the challenges defined by Grestel for the coming years.
The main focus of this project is to change employees’ attitudes toward the need to adjust their skills in a context of digitalization and evolving business and work models. To this end, the plan adopts a dynamic and collaborative approach, seeking solutions to concrete problems and promoting a culture of innovation, sustainability, and commitment.
By using simulations of real-life situations and group dynamics, with the aim of building confidence for change and decision-making, the project combines technical aspects and the diversity of participants’ experiences with the strengthening of their personal and professional skills. Each training action has an open and flexible “architecture,” allowing the reconciliation of diverse trainee profiles around specific specialization needs. The goal is to promote the generation of tangible results by analyzing possible solutions to identified problems and developing an action plan with measures to be implemented.
